LEED Product Compliance Information

We at Miracote are committed to sustainability, and we are proud that our commercial flooring can contribute to LEED certification on your project. You can earn LEED points by choosing our epoxy floor coatings, waterproof systems, and other resinous systems for your project.

 There are up to four possible credits available:

• Distance to Manufacturing location in miles
• Distance to Extraction, Harvesting, or Recovery of Raw Materials
• Material and Resources Credits (Recycled Content)
• Indoor Environmental Quality Credits (Low Emitting Materials)

Credit 4.1 Recycled content:

This credit relates to recycled content of materials. Currently no credit is available for Miracote products for this section (i.e. 0% pre-consumer recycled content / 0% post-consumer recycled content / 0% post-industrial recycled content).

Credit 4.2 Low-Emitting Materials

All products and their respective contents are below:

Credit 5.1 and 5.2, Regional Materials

Use building materials or products that have been extracted, harvested or recovered, as well as manufactured, within 500 miles of the project site for a minimum of 10% (based on cost) of the total materials value.

Miracote products are manufactured across 3 locations in the United States.
