MPC Hybrid Park Deck System is an elastomeric, multi-component and layered concrete waterproofing system specifically designed for parking decks and other structures exposed to vehicular traffic. Ideal for use in exterior and interior environments, MPC Hybrid Park Deck is a solvent-free waterproofing membrane system composed of fluid-applied and layered components each performing distinct functions. Individual layers include the treatment and reinforcement of cracks and cold joints, an elastomeric waterproofing base coat, and followed by two polymer-modified cementitious topcoats. Optional clear and pigmented seal coats are available for optimal daily care and maintenance requirements that include both acrylic and aliphatic polyurethane formulas.
