MiraFlex Hybrid Sealant MG
MiraFlex Hybrid Sealant MG is a single component, multi-purpose, marine grade sealant formulated from unique advanced Hybrid Silane Terminated Polyether (STPE) chemistry. high-performance Class 50 STPE sealant engineered for the harshest topside and splash-zone marine environments, offering 45– 50 PLI bond strength, Shore A hardness of 40–42, and the ability to accommodate up to 600% movement while resisting salt spray, UV exposure, thermal shock, vibration, and frequent wetting; isocyanate-free, low-VOC, and odorless, it cures to a non-tacky finish that resists dirt pickup and yellowing, provides long-term flexibility and impact resistance.
MiraFlex Hybrid Sealant MG compatible with polyurethane, acrylic, and silicone waterproofing systems—apply to clean, dry surfaces and primer where recommended, tool within working time, and allow full cure before heavy loading. MiraFlex Hybrid Sealant MG is ideal for use with most common building materials including concrete, masonry, glass, metal, wood, PVC, fiberglass, FRP, EPS foam and vinyl. Meets Federal specification TT-S-00230C, Type I, Class B, ASTM C-920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 50, Use T2, M, G, A, and O, and Canadian Standard CAN 19.13-M-82, and Army Corps of Engineers CRD -C-541, Type 1, Class B.
